Ok so my friend stole something and i was with her and like they said i was part of the crime and now I'm scared does this mean i have a criminal record?

no. because if charges are pressed, then there will be a trial. and you will be on the witness stand. And your atorney will fight for you that you dont go in. If you helped with the stealing, then youre guilty. It also depends on what it was. But, chances are you wont go to prison
