please just how do i ask my parents for a small rodent. I have asked them they said we'll see that usaly means no but......

Well maybe if you read up on a whichever animal you want, maybe it will show to them that you can be responsible. I sure eventually they&#039;ll give in. My mom always did.

I just kept asking. And when I went to my cousins(he had a gerbil and I wanted a gerbil) I always played with the gerbil and changed it and stuff. I also read up on gerbils. It took me ages but then at Christmas they got me two gerbils, Rosie(white) and Pepper(brown). But sadly they passed away this year. But don&#039;t worry I  got two new ones, Coco(brown) and Daisy(white), the best part is that she was pregnant when I got her(we didn&#039;t know) and now we have 6 or 7 baby gerbils! YAY(sorry for talking non stop aabout my gerbils, I&#039;m mad about them, you should get a gerbil).

when i wanted a horse i made a slideshow on my computer and showed them. i studied horses on the computer from like 12 am - 3 am. once they saw what i did they got me a miniature horse named mini. read alot about the animal you want and show them and tell them how much you know. i recommend you get a guinie  pig. they are sweet and easy to take care of. ♥♥♥♥good luck!!!!♥♥♥♥

If your old enough to earn your own money then Show your parents that you can care for your pet buy everything you need for one. it&#039;s cage food and all the supplies. Then mayby your parents will say yes since you&#039;ve shown you can do all that much on your own. Also as the others have said educate yourself on everything there is is know about them giving reasons it would be good to have one. schools keep them in class rooms for educational purposes.That could be something positive for them to think about.

Step 1.  Choose which animal to get (recommend hamster)

Step 2.  Read alot about that animal

Step 3.  Write a mini report or do a presentation on it

Step 4.  Explain Why you want one-Make sure it is like &quot; I want to learn responsibility&quot; or something

Step 5. Go to the petstore with a pad and pencil. Write down the costs of every thing you would need to buy

Step 6.Keep learning and tell your parents facts every morning

Step 7.  show your parents the animal at the petstore.

  

Then they should let you buy one

Dont nag and beg....

Do more chores (especially cleaning) to show you are capable of cleaning a cage.
