Do you already have the cubes?  If you're in the US, you can find a pack of TONS of the cubes for about 13 dollars at Target.  Not all of them carry them, though.  The main thing is that with shipping, the cubes get to be very expensive since they are so heavy.  But you shouldn't have to pay more then 20 for the cubes.  The Coroplast can be harder to find, but it should be under 50 bucks.

They'll want hiding places (mine love those waffle-block houses) and you can get them those tubes made out of vegetable matter that they can chew on, too.  (Called Chubes.)  They make all sorts of toys for piggies, but you just need to make sure there's nothing that's too tall since they can't climb well and could fall off and get hurt.  Sometimes I'll just give mine large boxes, and they have fun running through them.
