Please tell me how I can delete my own messages that I posted to a group. Please respond ASAP?

This is really important. I just realized I don't want certain people to see my posts and they are readily available just by typing my name in on Google. Thank you for any help!

In Yahoo Groups I think that you have to plead with a moderator or the owner to remove messages. I don't think there is any way that the poster can, unless there is a setting in Groups that I haven't come across. It would depend on how the Group Owner set up the group and what he/she allowed members to do.

for Yahoo groups- the archives has to be open to members. if it is, anyone can remove their own posts- doesn't have to be management of the group. go and open your post- on the left you will see Reply | Forward | Delete <-- click the delete- confirm the delete next page
