By train 2.30 hours to 4.30 hours, see the German train planner in English:

By car about 2.30 hours, it is 225 km. Plus the extra time for traffic jams and such.

I used Google maps to find that:

It gives directions.

That largely depends on how you want to go (and of course exactly where) ie. what method of transport - driving by car, by bus, train, walking, cycling, hopping......

By car it takes approx 2.5 hours http://www.viamichelin.co.uk/viamichelin... (without stops/heavy traffic etc)

By train it's about 3 hours http://www.nshispeed.nl/

By Eurolines (coach) there is no direct connection so this would take longer given the connections

By bike (cycle) it would take 15.5 hours

Walking - a long time and hopping - well I dread to think!
