Please tell me how to disable MS Antivirus from my PC.?

It is absolutely ruining my life. My PC got infected with spyware and now I can't disable the MS Antivirus Security box. when I right click on the box it will not allow me to close it. When I go to task it either will not allow me to end task, or if it does it s***s down all my browsers on Firefox. I am an online student and it is ruining my life. I am about to burst into tears. I do not know what to do and need serious help. If you think you can send me step by step directions on how to resolve the issue please do. But maybe you will send me your yahoo ID so you can walk me through it over chat. I would be eternally grateful.

MS Antivirus is a rogue-antispyware program, typically installed though security exploits and bundled with other spyware/malware (trojan horses, fake video codecs). It's free scan reports deceptive and irrelevant threats to scare and goad the user into buying the program. We strongly recomend to remove MS Antivirus from your computer. MS Antivirus may also hijack your web browser and redirect you to fake security web-sites (see screenshot below). This application shouldn't be trusted and is recommended to be removed.

MSAntivirus2008 is a clone of AntivirusXP2008, XPAntivirus2008, Antivirus2009, Antivirus2008, VistaAntivirus2008, VistaAntivirus 2008, Windows Antivirus 2008, SystemAntivirus2008, SystemAntivirus 2008 rogue anti-spyware programs. Usually MSAntivirus2008 can be installed into user's computer system by a Trojan, which may slip into his computer through a security hole, it can come through spam emails or even other malware or spyware. MSAntivirus2008 is going to generate fake system warning alerts and fake popup messages about "infection" on user's computer system to scare and trick user into buying "full" version of MSAntivirus2008 useless program. Users should not trust or buy MSAntivirus2008 they should delete it as soon as possible!

The easiest way to fix it is using Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware (Download it, update it, do a full scan, and remove everything it finds).
