Please tell me how to play Hannah Montana CD Board Game?

I have the cd game in the purple sippered binder. My daughter opened it, and literally lost the instructions before she got to set it up. If anyone can tell us how to play we would really appreciate it. I have searched the net and found nothing so please take a moment if you can and jot them down for us....Any help is greatly appreciated.
