i suppose you should use "tu" rather then "vous" since i expect you are at least on first name terms with that person, you only really use "vous" with someone you don't know that well... so:

J'ai besoin de toi je te veux or J'ai besoin de toi j'ai envie de toi  a nice way of saying you want to have them (have s*x with them)

but what do you exactly mean "i want you" ? if you literaly translate in french "je te veux" or "j'ai envie de toi", that precisely means "i want to f*** with you"... well...

if you meant "i want to be with you" or sthg like that : you'll say "j'ai envie d'être avec toi"

so the full translation wd be "j'ai besoin et envie d'être avec toi".
