  1. Run with Ankle weights on!  You will strengthen your legs, and when you take them off for games and practices you will run so much faster!

  2. You probably need to bulk up in the arms, chest and legs

squats, leg presses, treadmill runs, shuttle drills to increase endurance, agility and strength

upper body excersises to increase strength in the arms and chest

There is really no definitive way to make you faster unless you lose weight (but there is only so much weight you can lose before sacrificing body strength)

Various squats and leg presses bulk up the muscles your legs allowing you to run for LONGER periods of time which is a plus

Shuttle drills increase agility and strengthen fast twitch muslce fibers....important for making quick cuts and getting off the line of scrimmage quickly

upper body excersises increase strength in the chest and arms which is important in make a difficult catch or breaking a tackle

  3. I'm and WR too, and I did this workout routine during the summer. By doing this I would break your workouts into 3 days. 1 day do chest and triceps exercises such as bench press and what not. The next day do Back and Biceps doing cleans and other related exercises. For the third day do legs and shoulders with squats of any kind with other exercises in those two categories. Hope this helps!!!

  4. just work on your legs and arms cuz those have to be your strongest parts when you go out on the field, work on your cuts make your self the best ever.
