rate usually measures Molarity of someting appearing or dis-appearing per unit of time

except for c)KJ/mol,  & I can't see any reason why a person couldn't measure grams, (a), if they wanted to,.... & pressure changing (d),is equivalent to measureing canging molarity with gases,
