U can go for oracle certification if u want

the salary packare in india is based on ypur knowledge but in normal condition you can get 20000-30000/month(initially) upto a maximum of 200000/month. but for that you must be a oracle certified.

there are number of courses by oracle university like OCP,OCM, etc

you must be a ocp atleast for this purpose. it is quite tough.

the institute must be renownded depends on your current location.

oracle have certified some institute for this purpose. so it must be one of them.....
