Yes, looks like it. Especially the stamp makes me think its gold.

I googled the stamp and didn't find anything relevant to your question.  You can take this to a jewelery store, a jeweler, or a pawn shop; they have a simple test they can perform to tell you if it is gold, and if so, what karat.
