Please tell me what place is this monument on? (see urls)?

I am collecting photos of monument which identifys Tropic of Cancer.I have two which were taken in Mexico, but no detail location were shown on the photos. Please refer to the following urls and tell me the answer.

It's just a weird shaped thing at the tropic of cancer border...look up the astrological symbol of cancer isn't it a crab? maybe that's the crab's pincher thingy...the claw.

I so wish that I could help you with this one. I have seen a different Tropic of Cancer monument just outside of Matehuala, Matehuala which is in the link below. I have never seen the one in your photos. Sorry!

I believe it's in the state of San Luis Potosí.
