This song use to come on the radio like a million times a day and i can only remember that it was by a black guy..dont remember who..and its something about this girl lives next door maybe and something about when the parents are gone and something about a hot tub and him giving her his jacket? It's killing me that i cant remember this lol It's kinda an usherish type of song but its not usher! it was maybe 2000 2001?
