Please tell me what you think about my wedding stuff so far...?

We are getting married in March, 2009 and decided to do red and white with a little black. Please look at my link below and let me know what you think of everything so far. If you think I should do anything different please give me your input.

Everything is EXCELLENT!   You have fantastic taste!

My only suggestion...? Since you have such tall vases...maybe fill them with water and twist some fake pearls around lemon grass to fill the vase a bit and at one long stem rose with a bow of some sort?  Trying to think of something that would fill the vase throughout and not just the top? The pearls would add the white and red with the rose? Maybe thin black ribbon? Just a suggestion...

My favorites are the bouquet and the dresses. :) I don't really like the color red, but I really like the style of everything you had. (I just pictured all the red in pink because that's what I am doing at our wedding.) lol.. But you are so organized, which is really good. You actually remind me of me a lot!! Your wedding will look beautiful because you are paying attention to all of the details. I don't remember seeing the favors though. What are you doing for that???

I love the flowers! I've always really liked those little white star shaped flowers. I think it will look really good paired with the red roses.

It all looks good and congrats but those vases i think you have to many of it and it might be a waste of money (what are you going to do with all of them when its over) your going to get stuck with a lot of vases

I am getting married in March 2009, too! Great job on organizing, by the way. Red and white is a classic combo- love the hint of black as it adds elegance. And your dress is amazingly beautiful.

I think you have a great starting point. My only input for you is the tall vases with the roses in the top, and the one single at the bottom. Love the vases, love the rose bouquets, but hate them together. The vase is so tall and thin, and the flowers are so round and short. I think you either need to "float" individual roses in side the vases without going over the top of the vase- kind of like fish in a fish bowl, OR use a flower arrangement with more height. The sticks do add some height, but I think you need to think "long and thin" like the vase instead of "short and round with a couple long whisps".

Other than that you seem to have alot in order. Good luck with your future marriage!

i love it! if i wasn't planning a fall wedding, i would do your colors exactly because not only do they look great together, but it is very romantic too!

Have you already bought the vases?

I don't like the fact that you have so many different types of vases for centerpieces, but if that's what you're going for, then good for you.

I also don't like the giant ring.

Other than that, it all looks great!

Wow, I think your wedding will be absolutley beautiful.  Congratulations to both of you!  I LOVE your dress!  I wish I had that much money when I got married! LOL!

*EDIT*  I came across this and thought it was really pretty,  Maybe you could try it with your red roses, either but itself or then put your arrangement on top so that it doesn't look so long and empty.  hope the link works

I do hate the ring looking thing though, it's kinda kitsh (ok, very kitsh).

Your dress looks very good on you, it's not my style or taste, but it looks divine on you.

It all looks great. Lots of vases, what are you going to do with them al after the wedding?

The only thing i notice, it the bridesmaid dress is a different red. It looks like it could do with being a shade darker to match everything else.

But i love the colour theme, its our colours too. B2B 5/16/09
