Please tell me who is right?

When i argue with people, and i get tired of arguing about it, i just say, "I win," to try and end the conversation. but then they usually get mad at me. My friend just confronted me about it and said, "Im mad at you because you always say that you win the argument." So I asked her why that made her so mad. She said, "because you think you win everything when i don't really care if you do or not"

So i told her that she just contradicted herself, and she asked how.

and i told her "because u said that u were mad at me because i said i win every argument. Then, right after that, you said, 'I dont care whether you win the argument or not'"

How can she be mad at me for saying that, if she doesnt care if i win or not?

and she will not accept the fact that she contradicted herself.

please tell me who is right.

She did not contradict herself.

She said she was mad because you always say you win (which would be annoying)..

She also said that she didn't care if you won or not.

She never said that she was mad because you always won only that you say you do.

With that being said, maybe you should re-examine your behavior because in this case you are not right. Nobody is right all of the time. Even Einstein got it wrong a couple of times.

Instead, why don't you just say, I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. You will probably keep friends longer.

Instead of trying to win all the time, take a look at your attitude.

If I were your friend I would get annoyed with you saying "I win" also.  I would become even more angry if instead of you apologizing you started ANOTHER argument which your now trying to win.  Sometimes you just need to say "I lose".
