Please tell me why my membership in the group restrict?

are you a member or owner of that group?

member = some groups have settings that limit or moderate new members

owner = management- under group settings membership is where you'll find the settings to change restricted memberships

You would have to give more details, if you cannot se the member's list that's because the owner  doesn't allow access to it.
