Lose the cap, you look like you have beautiful hair, dont cover it up.

And I agree with the others...too much liner. Try to just go half way under your eyes not all the way to the corner,your eyes look too shut when you pull the eyeliner all the way to the corner of your eyes. And it looks like you have hazel eyes like me,use a shade of blue eyeliner just dont take it to the corner. Believe me, it will make your eyes look more open.

   I give you an '8'. 1 point off cause you are hiding that beautiful hair,and another point for the eyeliner,you want it to look like your eyes are open not closed.
