If someone gets HR job by giving false experience certificate and he quites the job one after another to get the real experience letter from the company.but the first job he got was with the the false documents.what is the punishment for that?

If a company finds out that someone gave false credentials, whether job experience or education, that company has cause to fire him.

Since he quit prior to the first company firing him, the first company cannot do anything to him.

However, if he continues to put that false job on his resume and the company he is with currently finds out his resume on file with them contains false info, they can fire him.  Whether they will or not will depends on how well he does his job.  If he is outstanding, they may decide to cut him some slack and ask him to "update" his resume, i.e. get rid of any false info.  It is their call.
