  1. 知りたい! (shiritai!) is the best way to say "I want to know".

私は知りたいです (watashi wa shiritai desu) is a bit weird-sounding, very unnatural.

教えて [下さい]!(Oshiete [kudasai!]) is an imperative to tell someone to tell you something. Particularly best in the form: "(subect) o oshiete kudasai."

  2. The above answer "shitai" is wrong!!! That means either "I want to do it" or "corpse"... the choice is yours! And no, I'm not kidding.

If you wanna say "I want to know" say "Shiritai desu" (literal translation) or "Oshiete!" which means "Please tell me!"

I should know. I'm half Japanese.

  3. watashi wa shiritai desu

    私は知りたいです。

  4. shitai
