Please write a rhyming acrostic poem using the word OLYMPICS...?

O for the days when all the lands,

Lands that taught their valorous youths,

Youths trained in sport that each would master

Master in hope they'd be the ones picked

Picked from among the best to be 'it'.

It being the best, the ones that were chosen,

Chosen to contest the world's best in their sport,

Sport that brought the world together, Olympics.

You need to look for the rhyme within, this is a modern form called Partenza Represa. ( Although perhaps not the best example.)

Late I am!

You are late too!

Met you in a jam!

Please God make the cars go faster,

I cant reach my office 2 hours later!

Check my watch again and again,

See!! I am still where I am!!
