You could try the junk yard, or call some big tire shops and ask them if they have a set of used tires to fit the truck, around here you can get them for 10-15 a piece.  Out here theres a tire shop that has a lot of used tires for sale, they get them off wrecked cars and some of them are like brand new with lots of tread.
