i want to replace it because i always crave food all the time

so i want like smallll snacks that are okay to eat without worry of gaining weight?

and is delicious

and if its in a pack what brand

  2. celery, watermelon, and pickles are perfect!!

  3. Nuts.  Eat a lot of nuts.  Cashews, almonds, whatever.

  4. eat celery

    i love it and you actually lose calories while your eating it .

    cause your chewing so that is helping you lose . and celery has like no calories so your just losing .
