  1. This does not seem to be in the sequence that is commonly listed in medical sites, but let's try this:

    It seems that your first argument is pH -- 7.35-7.45 is commonly healthy.  7.21 is a bit low (tending toward too acidic, relative to the usual pH...fits with the higher CO2 reading).

    The second argument is most likely PaO2 (arterial oxygen pressure). Normal is 80-100 mmHg for an adult.

    The third argument is likely PCO2 (pressure CO2--normal is 35-45 mmHg.  The reading of 62 appears to be fairly high, which would fit with the low pH.

    The fourth argument is likely bicarb, usually 22-28 mEq/l.

    The last is labeled for you as SaO2 (saturation level of O2 in arterial blood).  Greater than 90% is acceptable
