  1. I'm severely emetophobic, sorry that happened to you. Haha, they would have had to SEDATE me if somebody was ill in the same building and I heard about it.

But you're okay. You couldn't have gotten it, and the stomach ache is just your worries. It happens to me all the time and even though I know that it's my nerves, as soon as it really starts to hurt and the fear sets in there's nothing that can convince me that it's anything not utterly terrifying.

Sip some ice water or suck on ice chips and remember that peppermints, ginger, and flat soda are all your friends and help reduce nausea. :)

You can also, if it's a severe anxiety issue for you, have your doctor prescribe fast acting anti-emetics for you. I had to do that in high school before I got older and the fear dimmed down a little. Now I'm only afraid of other people doing it, I got over me doing it after I was legal to drink (yes, I know it's funny).

  2. I think your stomach is just hurting from worrying so much. Don't stress over it though its not very likely you will "get it".

  3. sounds like your stressing your self out to make your stomach ache, at the doctor's office they make sure everything is clean and sanitary before having another patient in the same room. so just rest and everything will be ok.

  4. i am scared of throwing up too but i never had any clue that there was a name for it your stomach probably hurts because you are nervous about it i doubt that you will get it

  5. Take some Vitamin C pills, they help your immune system, and are extremely good for you.

Your stomach hurts now because you are worrying over it.
