  1. You are NOT wasting their time. That is their job. Go to the doctor ASAP anytime you have bleeding during pregnancy!

  2. I had bleeding with my daughter loads of times and was even told by the hospital that I was losing her, she is now 5 and is fine.  I am 5 months pregnant now and had bleeding several times early on, the hospital have scanned me a few times but luckily all is ok (in fact he is kicking as I write this.)

So try not to fret, some babies just like to put us through the ringer.  Although I'm not a doctor I know this much, no hospital will mind you going to see them about this.  Pregnancy is very stressful and a lot of the staff who have had kids will know this and will have sympathy for you at this time.  Hope all is ok, best wishes x

  3. I would advice you go back to the hospital and see them... do not ignore it. the same thing happened to me and they said i need rest and i went to rest and it lead to miscarriage.

try and see you gp to make sure you are not on high risk for miscarriage.....best of lucks

  4. you shudnt feel like ur wasting their time, thats their job to do that. call ur midwife/doctor and get checked out and see what is causing u too bleed.

    good luck xxxxxx

  5. Don't worry about wasting your doctor's time, just worry about yourself and your baby.  Trust your instincts.  If you feel that something is wrong, don't worry about what your doctor is thinking, just get yourself to the doctor/hospital immediately.  It is possible that you are having a miscarriage.  You need to know what is going on.  Good luck!

  6. sometimes nurses are wrong. i would go to the doctor or call your doctor, afterall your health and your babies health is the most important. dont risk it.

  7. Doctors are stupid period. They just don't want to waste their time on you because they are soo busy all the time. BUT KEEP BUGGING THEM!!! Tell them you want them to look closer because most of the time when something feels wrong..you are more correct than the doctor.

  8. you need to call or go to the doctor i was 7 weeks and going thru a miscarriage myself, you never know, mine started spotted, then bleeding and cramping...

  9. If the bleeding is heavier and u have cramps now, i would definetely go back, and tell them your symptoms have worsened, making things different. You are not wasting their time, sometimes things do get worse over night, changing the situation completely.  Good luck to you.

  10. I'm gonna be honest...that happened to a friend of mine and it ended in a sad miscarriage. But I'm praying that's not your case! Call the doctor!

  11. who cares what they think?!  how dare they make u feel that way!  if u r worried (i would be), go back!  tell them u will keep coming back until they can tell u why this is happening.  ur body and ur baby r more important then whatever they think.  stand up for ur self

  12. Heavy bleeding and cramping is not normal during pregnancy.

You should return to the hospital A.S.A.P.

    Good luck to you.

  13. What are you doing in front of the computer??? Go to the doctor! that is important!

  14. calm down, i have heard that bleeding, especially early in the pregnancy is normal. unless you are releasing chunks of blood or clots, you should be fine. your body is going through a lot of changes. the doctors know that you started to bleed and cramp, and if they suspected anything was wrong, theyd tell you to come back or admit you and keep an eye on you. but they know that bleeding is normal. is it like having your period bleeding? or spotting? just keep calm and try to relax, sleep and nap a lot until you are seen again because the only time you cant stress out- is when you are sleeping!!!

  15. Their JOB is to help you. I would go right away. I hope all is well.

  16. you need to go to the ER as soon as possible! and yes, you can have a light period while pregnant. everyone's body is different! just go and see what's happening, better safe than sorry!

  17. Bleeding during early pregnancy is fairly common, with about 1 in 4 women experiencing symptoms during their first trimester. If you are early in your pregnancy and have noticed some vaginal bleeding, you may think you have gotten your period. This blood is not your period, but, in fact, is due to some other cause.

Some women will notice light bleeding about 10 to 14 days after fertilization. This is called implantation bleeding, and is caused by the egg implanting itself in your uterus. As the egg finds a home for itself in your uterus, it may disrupt the lining just a little bit, causing light bleeding. This bleeding should only last a couple of days and be fairly light. Implantation bleeding is nothing to worry about, but if it gets heavy at any time, or continues longer than a couple of days, see a doctor.

  18. Don't let them make you feel bad. Call the dr and go back in asap.

  19. Go to the hospital and DO NOT feel stupid.  You worried and have every right to be.  If your doctor cannot or will not allay your fears then you need to find another doctor.

  20. if you are bleeding red and experiencing cramps then youre probably having a miscarriage! im sorry but go to the doctor. when you get cramps thats when its clear.

and no you dont have a period while pregnant!
