i can never go outside because the sun hurts my eyes every time i go outside and i cant wear sunglasses cuz it gives me horrible headachs

Sounds like you get migranes, take aspirine, and get a hat. Your eyes sound sensitive, maybe you should see a doctor??

Oh, that is a problem! Ok, here are some ideas- you can wear things like cute, fashion hats that keep the sun out of your eyes. You could wear visors! Hope this helps!

If your eyes are a really light color, this could be the problem. A friend from my elem. school had to have perscriptionb sunglasses because her eyes were too sensitive from the sun, since they were such a light color.

If you go to a doctor, they can give you perscription sunglasses that most likely wont give you headaches.

THat isn't a question for this forum...that should be directed to a doctor...opthamologist or neurologist. I'd hate to try to answer that question here and it be something uncommon. I'd at least pose it for a nurse or a doctor. My expertise is on the other end of the body...urology.

Let your eyes adjust to the brightness of outside. Maybe you need to see an eye doctor if your eyes are to sensitive to the light.

I worked night shift for 10 years, rarely saw the sun.  My eyes hurt then also.  then I got a day job and it took about a month or so before they got use to it.  You need to get in the sun more.  I would do it gradually.

My cousin had the same problem! Her eye was hurting her and it was because of contacts and she it still seeing the eye doctor.

I'm so sorry and I wish I could help but I don't know very much about it. Sorry. The thing she did was wear glasses instead for some days but like I said I am really not sure so don't take it serious. Just tell ur parents and go see the doctor if it hurts anymore. my sunglasses used to give me headaches as well I just had to force myself to wear them eventually i got over that.  The added pressure on my nose is what was giving me the headaches once my nose got used to that I haven't had any more problems.  Or you could try wearing a hat or even carrying an umbrella
