  1. i have the same things!

    its from the sun

next time you go under the sun, USE SUNSCREEN

:) if  you want it to look better within a day is pretty impossible.....

cover up is the only thing i can think of...

    wash you face often....

and go to your doctor, he/she should give you something for it...

    thats what happened to me

i dont think there are any over-the-counter medicines though :(

  2. could be just this stuff that is from too much sun. sun spots. its a fungus you can use any dandruff shampoo maybe..good luck

  3. So these hard, white little bumps are called milia or "milk spots" and they are keratin-filled cysts. They're two types of it, Primary Milia, from underdeveloped oil glands and Secondary Milia from skin trauma. Too much time in the sun can also explain it.

It's likely something you inherited from your parents.

It's isn't acne so you can't treat it like that at all :P It's more like little balls of protein that can't get out of your skin through pores. It's note been proven that they are at all related to diet, disease or poor hygiene. I'd drink more water anyway though, just for good health's sake.

It might be beneficial to exfoliate your skin more often, to prevent this happening again, but DO NOT scrub it harshly.

I found this on how to remove them, however I don't recommend it cause it seems harsh

"if you are confident with your health and courage, you can cleanse your hands and face. Then wet a cloth with warm water and apply it to your face for a few minutes. Gently apply a sterile needle to the center of the little white bump to create a tiny opening in the skin.

Wrap your thumbs in a clean tissue and, using your thumbs, proceed to gently squeeze the contents of the little white bump out. Finally, cleanse the area of the extracted little white bump with an astringent."

    This one sounds better:

"Hold a hot, wet face cloth over the skin for a few minutes - the temperature should feel comfortable, not painful. This simple facial sauna helps to loosen and remove dead skin cells and debris from the skin.

Use an exfoliating facial scrub to remove the top layer of skin, which can enable the cysts to fall out. These scrubs are available from the pharmacist and are the kind of facial wash used for treating mild acne. Those containing salicylic acid work well, but always read the label or ask the pharmacist to make sure the one you select is suitable for you. "

Your best bet is to go contact a beautician or your doctor to see what they recommend

Whatever you do don't pick at it needlessly, it will hurt, damage and possibly scar the skin, and may introduce a nasty infection.

  4. Well for now you might want to use some sort of cover up or make up if they bother you that much.

But you should really see a doctor just in case there's a medical problem.  It could also be sun spots if you're in the sun frequently.

  5. I had the same problem some years ago and its an easy problem to fix. Use calamine lotion on the white spots, the spots will go away in less than a week. No need for a prescription.

  6. I don't know what it could be, you should go to a dermatologist, but until you find out, you can always cover it using foundation! :D

  7. go to your dermatologist he has all the answers!!!!

  8. I think I have that too, since i work in the sun sometimes and because I work with messy things and get it on me it may be you had something on your skin when you were in the sun. Idk if thats it nor if there is anything you can do about it. Or possibly *being weird here* that it is..... THE ANTI FRECKLES! COME TO DESTROY ALL OF THEIR COUNTER PARTS!

  9. Okay for now just wear some make up over it. It sounds like you need to eat a bit moe vegetables and less fruit. If not find a skin doctor. There are skin doctors out there for you.

  10. Sun spots? they should go away. use cover up

  11. ok try clean and clear black heads... i know they are not black heads buts its probablly just dirt under the skin that just doesnt quite turn into pimples yet....what ever you do....try your hardest not to use cover up because it will cause more! but i know sometimes you just need to cover up but just do it as little as possible!

    -good luck!

  12. use makeup???

  13. hey you have calcium spots.. they appear when your body is not getting enough calcium...start drinking milk, or eating yogurt and they will be gone in no time...milk is the most effective, if you dont like white milk drink chocolate milk instead....if you want faster results drink two glasses a day...

my brother gets these spots every nopw and then, and they go away as soon as he gets some calcium...hope this helpss
