  1. The government in India has passed laws regarding crimes against women, such as dowry deaths and gender selective abortion.

    Unfortunately, a man in India still cannot be charged with raping his wife.

    I don't think laws are really the answer.  Education is.


  2. Visit Govt of India Publication centers and request them to supply you various Acts governing upliftment of Women.

    Also several book stalls will have such govt publications which you can excess.
