Pls Let me know diffrerent Means of Transport to Golden Telmple Vellore from Chennai?

How much distance it will be from Channai,where i can get means of transport from chennai,wanted detailed transport(Buses and trains and private cabs)

get down at vellore  central bus station from there u can get into the bus with number 1or 2 .get down at vellore moufssil bus stand.from there get into bus number 8 of any series.the bus passes through golden temple.

u can get a auto from any of the bus stand .they will charge min Rs70/- to max Rs 120/-

There is a number of buses plying to Vellore from Chennai. But, i have not heard about any Golden Temple in Vellore. In any case, after reaching Vellore, you may engage a taxi or auto-rickshaw.

Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation operate a good service.  They have an office just in front of Central Station.  And you can book your tickets also at their Mount Road Office.  If I'm right it's 6am to 8pm trip.  Earlier they were operating only on Saturdays and Sundays.  Now I understand they operate on all the days.
