can u plss tell me how many calories i had 2day????

breakfast: 3 glasses of lemon juice ( made of water and 1tablesspoon fresh lemon squeezed,no sugar) * each glass*

and one apple

lunch: 1 apple

dinner: 2 glass lemon juice( as above) and one apple

how many calories did i hv 2day??

  1. Not enough, you need more than that to keep your body functioning properly. If you're trying to lose weight, eat plenty of healthy nutritious food but make sure you excersize enough to burn it off. Only eat as much as you need.

    Hello it's called moderation...

    You dont have to not eat, and no eating 2 apples a day doesn't count as eating. Something's wrong with you, EAT A FRICKING BIG MAC.

    Exercise more, it's not that hard.


  4. not enuff. the amount an anorexic eats. god loves you, eat for him. your family loves you, eat for them. your friends love you, eat for them. obviously you don't ,ove yourself if you are starving yourself like that. try eating healthy foods, but instead of eating the serving size, eat 2 less (like if it is rice cakes or something). also, try eating six healthy meals a day. like an energy bar and drink is a meal. also, try drinking more than you eat, but still eat enough. good luckerz!!!!

  6. not enough. water has 0 calories and an average apple is about 80 calories. implement some form of exercise program and eat three balanced meals per day. if not your metabolism will slow down and you'll get sick and when your better you'll just gain even more weight than before.

  8. Well im not sure how many you had, but that really isnt enough food.

    If you want to lose weight then you should just eat healthly, eat 1500 calories a day, maybe less if you are a woman, and do lots of exercise.

    Dieting like this is really bad for you and as soon as you start eating right your body will put on loads of calories thinking its not going to get fed again for a while. Please stop this diet it is very bad for you...

  9. Eat food, real food, excersize more. Simple

    Recommended calorie intake is about 2000 calories a day, depending on your lifestyle, height etc. Thats like 100 calories. You'll just starve. Attractive.

    Eating like that, just tends to put your body in starvation mode, where it stores all the calories it can get hold of. So people don't tend to lose much weight until they are beyond ill.

  10. not at all enough. you should seek professional help because a diet like this is going to end up effecting your body in a way that will become more and more difficult to reverse.
