Question

My last period was 31st of July and not sure when I ovulated. For the past 5 days...I've got really bad pains on the lower left hand side of my stomach, also, nausea throughout the day, and sore nipples.

I really don't wanna get my hopes up...I still have a few days before I can test. I'm just wondering whether these symptoms sound like pregnancy symptoms or whether I should seek medical advice for my side pains. I've been trying for 2 years with 1 miscarriage...
