Good Evening:  Guten Abend (goo-ten ah-bend)

Till we see each other again: Auf Wiedersehen (owf vee-der-sane)

See ya:  Tschuess (choo ss)  (to say the "ue" properly form your mouth like you're going to say OH but instead say EEE.

or, you could say "Abend" which means "'Until Tomorrow".

Or, you could just say "Tchuss" (pronounced "chooss") which is basically "later".
