  2. If you have agricultural waste ONLY then think of composting. You can expedite composting method by employing various bacteria and fungi. Composting could be done aerobically or anaerobically with own advantages and disadvantages.

You can get details about these methods from any agricultural universities or gove. agri. deptt.

  3. There are many, many types of agricultural waste, so you may need to ask a more specific question.  A search of "agricultural waste disposal" brought up several sites showing a few methods of disposal.

Disposal of plant material can be done very simply through composting, for example.  Solid waste material from certain animals is often recycled -- cattle waste is lightly processed and used for fertilizer; chicken waste is made into cattle feed; dead animal waste may be processed or disposed of.

On a small scale, waste is disposed of either directly by the owner/land manager or a waste disposal company is called to pick up the waste and dispose of it properly.  In our area, for example, dead cows may be buried, if the property owner can dig a hole that meets certain specifications (usually requires a small trackhoe), or it can be burned, provided a burn permit is obtained.  If the owner can't or doesn't want to do either, the "tankage" company can be called to pick up and remove the dead cow.  The dead animal is taken to a neighboring county and deposited in the landfill where it is covered along with the other nontoxic garbage.

On a larger scale, separate companies are managed to dispose of waste.  A large cattle farmer doesn't have time to dispose of individual animals and it's often too expensive to call in a tankage truck for one animal at a time, so a part of the cattle farm may be set aside for holding/processing/ disposing of dead animals.  Cutting losses is always important, but another venue for income is often created when dealing with large scale disposal.

Toxic waste such as chemicals used in farming must be disposed of according to EPA (I think) requirements.

If you have specific wastes in mind, ask about it and you may get more detailed answers.
