The best way is to send your original degree to some one reliable back home. Then get endorsement from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then United Arab Emirates Embassy in India. The person can courier you the documents back.

This is the easiest and far more efficient than the Emirates Post or any other service. I have also heard that Emirates Post has stopped the service of degree endorsement. If you are still keen to get it done from United Arab Emirates then just go the Ministry of Labour and ask them about services for degree endorsement.

First yu need to get your degree attested from Local Foreign Affairs office. Then after that you have to login your degree in UAE Embassy in India. They will attest the degree. Their attesting fees will be near to AED100.00 (UAE Dirhams)
