  3. "i need the translation written in english"

It does not make any sense and thus such translation sites do not exist.

Each translations site translates between two _languages_ - that is, uses

__national alphabet of the language___, for example:

English--->Italian - the result uses Italian "accented" letters

English ---->Greek - the result uses ___Greek alphabet__

    ...

The alphabet of Russian is Cyrillic (was made from Greek many centuries ago) and thus each and every translation site present the result of Enlgish--->Russian using

_Russian language alphabet_ - _Cyrillic_ letters

    As for prononciation...

One should use translation sites ONLY if s/he knows Russian language already at least a little bit - to correct the results which are often funny and wrong because software translators can not grasp the content of the text.

But if a person knows Russian then s/he knows how to pronounce it...

Again, Russian is no different from any other languages being it Polish or Greek, and each language uses its own alphabet and a person who learns a language (any language) must learn the prononciation.
