Pls help about the notice from uscis?

hello again just want to ask if i have same situation here,cause i did not recieve any notice here in philippines from the USCIS until the petition was approved,only my fiance recieved the notice,is there any problem or conflict if i did not recieve anything from the USCIS? and also my phone number changed which is no longer working and but i put my phone number when i was fill out the I-129f ,what should i do?pls help thanks.

  1. Since you didn't file the petition, USCIS has no reason to notify you about the petition. Plus, they're an American agency and don't usually have that much contact with people overseas.  If USCIS has approved the petition, it will go to the National Visa Center and they will contact your fiance again. Several months later, the petition will be forwarded on to the immigrant visa section at the US embassy in Manila, and they will contact you to have you fill out additional forms and get an NBI clearance and other things. Make sure your fiance clarifies your phone number with the NVC and tells you when they have contacted him.
