  1. It's called a restraing order! Yes she can! But you can fight it! You might not win though!

  2. well technically, if your other half/her son (i presume) has no agreement towards your mothers opinions then you should be fine.

I mean, what can she press charges on you for? STALKING?

  3. i dont think so

  4. if you havent done anything then she cant press charges. she just sounds like a clingy mother who doesnt want her son to date. youd actually have to have caused an offence for her to press charges such as damage to property, tresspassing etc. if you both want to see each other she cant press charges, i agree in that shes just being petty

  5. No only if you have a restraining order on you. Or if you have vandalized or assaulted anyone on the premises of your Boyfriends house.

  6. No, not without a restraining order.

  7. I need more info. How old are you & your bf?

  8. A little more info would be of help. How old is he? How old are you? Where do you live? In some states she could try. She would have to prove that you are a bad influence on him.

  9. that is the lamest question I have ever heard! OF CORES NOT UNLESS THEIRS A RESTRAINING ORDER!!!

  10. Depending on your age and your boyfriend's age she may well be within her rights to do so.  As a minimum, she can press charges for trespassing if you come onto her property uninvited by HER.  Methinks there's more to this story!!!!

  11. If you are an adult and he is a minor there is a problem.  Otherwise, unless there is a PFA (protection from abuse) against you, the most she could do is report you for harassment, in which case she probably will be told to get a PFA.  If you're not sure, call your county District Attorney and ask him/her.

  13. dont think so. think it depends how old you are but seriously i think shes just being petty

  14. Not unless you are 24 and hes 14, heh..... common parent scare tactic.  What crime are you committing for her to "press charges" anyway?  Just make sure you are not breaking any local jurisdiction laws (such as curfews, in park/school grounds after dark, public intoxication and what have you....and don't break a window tossing pebbles up to his room....lol...so showing my age....how about don't cause him to injure his thumb while replying to your texts....)
