Pls help! fish is upside down!?

Question

my carp had red streaks on its fins, tail and scales n i guess it has finrot. I think its bacteria infection. I used baktopur sera ad angel drops vitamins. it ate a little but now its upside down. help!

i dont know how to tell you, it may have died. ask your local pet store or use google. an animal hospital or aquarium may provide help or meds

If it's eye's look glassy, or glazed, it's probably had it mate. If it's still swimming about and stuff, then it's more than likely near the end. A couple of my fish swum about upside down for a few days before they died. Sorry man =(

Put some stress coat in the tank, it should help. But if bacterial your fish will need to be treated with something else.  And I would check the ph of the tank's water.

Honey he does not look well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but  I believe you fish has passed away.  take the net and touch him/her if he/she does not resist i am sorry.

I'm sorry, but I think it's dead. ;[ the same thing happened to some of my fish, or at least something like it.

OH, if it's still breathing then it definitely doesn't have enough oxygen. change the filter and put some new water in it. good luck!

im sorry to say that i think ur little guy's dead. but dont worry he went to a better place. he cnt be sick if hes not moving. im really sorry about ur pet. that can be really hard.

yeah that fish is most likley going to die, i mean the water quality and water level are extremely poor, so maybe if it had been in cleaner water to begin with, it may not have had to come to this stage, i dont know what to tell you

Is it moving? If not, it's probably dead.

Like everyone else has said, it looks dead.  But if you know that it's still alive and moving, just upside down, then it may not have enough oxygen.  Is the water that it's in clean??  My sister's really big into fishing and she told me recently that when a fish isn't getting enough oxygen, it lays on its side.

that water is filthy.

i guess you haven't been doing daily water changes.

(A little every day).

it might be suffering from bacterial/fungus infection and toxicity.

either you filters are inadequate, tank too small and/or you are not maintaining it.

dirty water contains a lot of particles, ph could be acidic  and the water full of bacteria or fungus.

the poor thing must have been in great pain.

your fishs swim bladder has burst quickly run down to your pet shop you can buy medicine that will save your fish but it might not work but its better to give it a try
