If you want help, you really should offer more information about what help you need, and some more background about why you need it.  

The "complete process" for making such food packaging probably would take several hundreds of pages of process instructions and engineering drawings of machines used for production, etc.  Obviously, no one is going to give you this.

Are you just interested in how these products are made in general?

Or, are you trying to make your own?  Are you trying to go into business manufacturing these?  Or just make a crude example (for instance, science fair)?
