Pls help me what must do to have an italian nationality my children whose the father having it and im not?

we are a muslim couple married,my husband is a dual citizenship Egyptian-italian now i want my baby have same too.

Check with the Italian authorities.  Depending on how your husband got Italian citizenship and where your baby was born, it may not be entitled to Italian citizenship.
