Rule out stomach ulcers and/or acid reflux.  I have had intermittent ulcer disease since age 19 which is over 40 years ago.  It is life changer and the pain could be one of these gastrointestinal problems.  The pregnancy matter raised by another responder is something I know you will consider, if appropriate to your lifestyle.  It is no fun at all but the new drugs like Nexium and the proton pump inhibitors are a blessing to all patients with your complaints.  The doctor needs to tap on your belly to see what the likely problem is.  Get to a reliable clinic.

could you be preggers? If not maybe you can try a tums it could be a bad case of sour stomach and you need to get rid of the gas that's trapped.
