Pls how do I construct a traffic light system with sensors?

too complicated to describe here. but simplistically, you need in-ground sensors, or optical sensors to detect traffic, some sort of computer or controller to do the calculations, lots of relays, lots of underground cables, a set of lights, and a source of AC power and a DC power supply.
