There are no sites that you can use in Canada to track down a person who is visiting here. Canada is a large country, and Vancouver has many hotels and motels, none of which will share their occupants list with each other, so to try and find "Jubhelyn" (or anyone else), you should try the methods I listed in your previous Y! Question.

Keep in mind that contacting the Canadian Border Services Agency or the Vancouver Police will usually require a serious situation, such as if this is your daughter and she was supposed to contact you three days ago and still has not phoned or emailed you since coming to Canada. If you feel her life is in danger, you can look into contacting authorities.

If not, let her contact you when she gets a chance. Sometimes international visitors have trouble figuring out how to use the special codes here to dial back home.
