Are you looking for activities for you to do with your two year old?  The question is not very specific.  We never did activities from the computer with our son - we just played and talked with him a lot - no baby talk.  Sing the aphabet song, point out colors, etc.  If you want other ideas, try Sesame streets website.

Two year olds shouldn't be using a computer. They learn from real things they can touch, taste, hear and manipulate. Twos need blocks and dolls and fat crayons and cars and trucks and kitchenware and, most of all, to be read to by a real live person who can help them interact with the books. Point out the color of his or her shirt. Count the socks as you put them on. Name things. Talk about what you are doing. "Now I add ketchup to the meatloaf." Then let the child help stir the meatloaf.

Try some two-way communication without a machine.  It will work wonders in the long run!
