Pls tell me why I can't sigh in & reset my password?

My ID is "friction_discvn" , I don't forget password. I can't sign in my email. I try to sign in with problem & they said that I can't reset my password . Pls help me. Thanks a lot

How'd you get in?

That aside maybe your account's suspended

Otherwise

Hit forgot password

It'll have you sign in your Yahoo ID

Then type in the security code

Then to varify a piece of personal Info (ie: Pets Name)

Then you can reset it
