  2. With either trade, you need to go where the pipes or lines are located. This sometimes is under the floor. Crawlspaces are the worst place to work.

  3. Not too much,  unless it's a leak in the underside of your place.

  4. It depends on what type of Plumber or Electician you are.  Some only work on new construction, and never have to crawl under a floor.  If you plan to do residential repairs, often expect to use the crawlspace, especially for the plumber, but sometimes for the electrician.

    Some plumbers specialize in Fire Sprinkler systems, and they also would not crawl too much.
