Plumeria flowering question?

I have a plumeria cutting that has just begun to root. its about 12 inchs long with 3 1 inch branches growing at the tip, when will it start to flower, i fertilize my plants in begining of spring, summer and fall. when will it start.??

Early summer through early fall is when flowering starts and can last up to 3 months. It's possible to get new blooms every day. Hope I helped!
