This sounds like astrology and astrology has always been fraudulent.

In any case the ancient astrologers who made it all up did not know about Neptune, Pluto or Uranus, they could not see them, you need good telescopes to see even Neptune and it was not discovered until about 200 years ago.

There is no particular significance to the positions of any of the planets at any time.  

What you might mean is that Pluto orbits the Sun at a different angle to the average of the inner planets.  That is true.

Pluto is a dwarf planet, a member of the solar system. Heaven is part of a religious myth. How can the two form a "square angle" (whatever that is)?
