Plymouth. Anyone know it?

Hi. Can anyone tell me which are the nice areas of Plymouth and which ones to avoid if buying a house! What about schools in Plymouth. Which ones are good and which ones are not so good? Thanks.

Cornwall is a better/nicer place to bring up children than Devon. Especially Plymouth. No offence.

There are lots of nice areas in and around Plymouth - it depends on where you will be working and what level schools you need. you can contact me if you like.

Sort of: it's a very large sprawl.

Almost several suburbs in search of a city, except there is a centre, of sorts.

Given its transport problems, the best area is one that's going to let you get to and from work easily.   Plot shortest routes from where you'll be working out towards countryside and villages to find the better areas, on the whole.
